As Research Director at Link Consumer, I work with a small team of expert researchers tackling complex briefs with curiosity, creativity, and rigor. Delivering insights that resonate in the real world.
My approach starts by questioning assumptions and designing bespoke methodologies. I stay open to unexpected discoveries and fresh perspectives that come from being immersed in consumers’ lived experiences and from listening widely to outliers, experts, novices, as well as the everyday consumer.
I see research as a flexible, collaborative process, one that adapts and evolves as new insights emerge to help the HUB and our clients reach a deeper understanding and drive more effective outcomes.
