David is a strategic catalyst and expert team facilitator, experienced in positioning, innovation, and building brand focused teams.

I support the team in joining the strategic dots, challenging thinking and leading collaborative workshops and innovation sprints, maximizing the diverse expertise within the F&F HUB and our client teams. 

I believe that brands are created by people (founders, leaders and innovative teams) for people (consumers, customers and astute investors), and that branding is a human endeavour powered by authentic passion, fresh thinking and brave decisions.

Following eight years at Added Value Kantar, where the focus was on smart segmentation, precision positioning, innovation, and building client team capability, I have independently consulted for over 20 years with the likes of Unilever, P&G, Mars and Mondelez, as well as start-ups and local gems, and part of global brand and communications agencies.
