Carol is an experienced leader of complex FMCG brand and retail design projects, working with clients to translate business and marketing objectives into branding reality.
I specialise in strategies for identity, digital, comms, media, and experiential branding. But perhaps my ‘sweet spot’ is looking at brands through a consumer-centric lens and considering how brands come to life holistically, on pack, online, in-store, and in people’s lives.
As a seasoned Client Services expert, part of my role is to ensure F&F Hub team works seamlessly together, that briefs are water-tight, projects run like clockwork, expectations are surpassed, and that our work is always at the highest standard.
